Regarding the symptoms you describe, it is possible that something in commercial soymilk could be the culprit. An important feature of homemade soymilk is in knowing how fresh and pure it is. You know everything that goes into it: soybeans, water, sea salt and a little natural sweetener.

The only way you can isolate a causative agent, is to remove the suspected foods one at a time. Remove the item completely for at least two weeks. (read labels for info on ingredients) It is a good idea to keep a journal of the foods and beverages you eat.
