Hello, I recently went on Nutrisystems vegetarian plan as I simply wasn't losing weight on Dr. McDougall's plan probably because I was ingesting too many calories. I don't know, but the Nutisystem plan appears to be working. Anyway, I geared my food order to keep it as vegan as possible. Of course this plan is loaded with soy. Not extreme, but a lot of soy which I hadn't been eating at all. So I came here to read the posts on the lies the media tells about soy foods and am wondering why the replies by the Dr. near the bottom of the list about the woman spotting have been deleted?!?! I've experienced this and am concerned. I'm well aware of the beef & dairy industries lies to get us to eat their trash, but find it really odd these posts were deleted. Would someone give me some answers about soy and spotting? Is it really the soy??? Is it the body throwing off bad estrogen? What's the real deal as I'm so tired of misinformation???
