Subject:         Q on soy- I was just at the health food store and the clerk

asked me as I was checking out w/ my 4 blocks of fresh tofu- she said- do you know about not eating so much tofu and the health issues from it... then she said it's only good to eat fermented soy products and not as much fresh.

What is she talking about? I am enjoying the fresh tofu- we freeze it and use it as we need it. Thanks so much for your input.
