Subject:	Is there a taste difference in silken reg or lite?

I am going to try making a couple of recipes that call for silken tofu- I see that there are a couple of kinds- I would like to use the best tasting but would also like to keep calories low. If I purchase the lite kind- will there be any difference?

Thanks so much. Love the ideas. BTW- I took your advise and purchased laura beans and what a difference they make in the soy milk!
