There are plenty of vegan protein sources that don't have soy or gluten. Beans or lentils with rice, quinoa or anaranth (these are grains that are complete proteins on their own). Honestly, most foods have some protein, and if you're eating enough calories through healthy foods instead of junk, then you're probably getting enough without even having to try.
