Right on, Stephanie. I absolutely love when people chime in with ridiculous emotions and pass it off as fact. i.e. "BILLIONS of Asians eat soy and are fertile." Good on you for squashing that. There's a great segment from an episode of Futurama where one character exclaims something to the effect of, "We're carnivores, and carnivores eat meat." A picketing hippy then yells out, "That's not true, man, look, we taught a lion to eat tofu." Then the camera pans to a skinny, malnourished lion that coughs in despair. Very funny...check it out. It's titled "The Problem with Popplers." The point being that while soy is arguably a decent addition to pretty much any diet, humans (like lions) are carnivores, and we need well-balanced diets (including meat) to optimize health...for us AND for unborn babies. You can't just eat soy all day everyday. Asians are healthy and thin and fertile because of their overall lifestyle...NOT because they eat soy. When is the last time you saw an Asian man or woman scarf a couple of soy burgers then wash it down with some soy milk? It's a Western idea that's really quite ridiculous. Almost as ridiculous as a lion eating tofu.
