I have some in my cupboard that I bought years ago. It's probably not being made anymore. There was a powdered and a liquid variety. I would think agave syrup would sub for the liquid variety, or maple syrup (real), depending on what you're making, the powdered could be just sucanat or some such dry sweetener.
