Feed grade means basically any bean, with no specifics regarding
variety, protein etc. More than likely Genetically Modified like the
infamous Roundup Ready or a similar transgene frankenstein.
Most certainly not sized in any great way and having a wide
variation in size and cleanliness. This quality soybean is used
mainly for animal feed and soybean meal for pigs, chickens etc. and possibly crushing for oil.
I make homemade exclusively, and I can say without reservation
that for making soymilk and tofu, there is no better choice than
Laura Beans. Trust me.
And they are NON-GMO and really economical.
I buy 20 lbs of these premium beans for $28 INCLUDING SHIPPING!
