If you are 'thinking' about the beef corp studies, then remember that there are two sides to a coin. I have one question to ask, and hopefully it helps. WHO SPONSERS THE SCIENTISTS TO DISCOVER SOY 'BEFINETS'??? Dont be suprised if its the very people who sell it, such as Sanitarium. Indeed follow the money.
There are many dangers of soy, especially for vegetarians. Check out sites, read books. Just because we dont eat meat, it doesnt mean that we are 'instantly healthy' by instantly turning to other 'magic' foods.
