Hi there,

I'm a genuinely simple guy looking for a sensitive and sweet vegan girl to be my partner and most loving confidant.

I am Indian by origin, though my parents raised my elder brother and I here in California in an English-only household so that we could succeed as Americans. They definitely achieved that aim! And yet growing up I persistently felt a gnawing sense of incompletion, like I was hiding a deep and beautiful part of myself somewhere in the shadows. So over the last 2 years I've been on a quest to rediscover the missing cultural and language links that could reconnect me with what I've not experienced so far in this life. I have trekked through the villages, farms, and big cities of India, and now I am even learning Hindi. I'm excited about it! Whenever I have kids, I plan to teach it to them while they're still young. So it would be great to find a girl who already speaks it or is just as excited to learn it as I am.

As you might have also guessed, I'm an intellectual at heart. I love to learn and to share what I've learned with others as a friend or life coach. I'm looking for a girl with that same hunger to explore herself and to evolve as a soul. In my bigger life view, I see us as spirits here in the physical to gain wisdom and to learn more about love. Becoming more loving in my way of being is a key life goal for me.

To pursue that, I keep myself healthy by eating wholesome and nutritious fuel homemade with--you guessed it!--love whenever possible. When I eat out, I like going to vegetarian specialty restaurants or at to least places playing at an overall higher level of consciousness and compassion. I will eat veggie food elsewhere too, but it's usually more out of necessity than a sincere desire to do so.

By the way, did I mention how much I love to laugh? Because I LOOOVE to laugh. :-) Some people tell me that I'm almost always laughing when they see me. Keeping things lighthearted is my favorite mode of progress along life's sometimes bumpy road. So I'm looking for a girl who will laugh at my dumb jokes and even make a few of her own. Truly, I want someone who wears a smile as her most essential accessory.

Speaking of accesories, I do have a thing for very feminine girls who are into fashion, fitness and looking good...but not to the point of identifying with it. I consider myself a very modern guy (I've had a rewarding career in technology to boot) and definitely appreciate the richness that material things can add to life. I just do the best I can not to get attached to any of them.

What's truly fulfilling for me are the tender moments when we can just hold hands, hold each other close, and Be...or even cry in our more vulnerable moments, safe in the arms of someone who cares. I love giving and receiving lots of simple physical affection like this and consider it essential. I want to ask how your day was and to listen without interruption. After studying PAX Programs' work, I know how important it is for a girl to empty out when she's full so she can be herself again.

All that said, my dating purpose is to find a girlfriend with whom there is a strong future possibility of marriage. I'm not looking to tie the knot for at least a few years but do intend that as my end goal for any relationship started now.
