I became a vegatarian when I was 14 and 5 months ago I became a strict vegetarian in other words a vegan. When I first became a vegatarian I was 12 years old, unfortunately I was too weak, too stupid and my family couldn't accept my new diet so I betrayed my friends and I went back to my meat eating diet ( I feel ashame of what I did). Then two years after I just couldn't stand the idea that I was eating the flesh of what was once alive, I realize that I was being extremely hipocrite and that I couldn't continue letting my family and friends tell what to eat. So from one day to the other I stopped eating any creatures that could walk, fly or swim (I never ate fish anyways). I t was kind of hard in the beginning because I hated vegetables and my relatives and friends were making fun of me and saying vacuous comments. Five months ago I came to the conclusion that although I wasn't eating flesh, wearing leather, wearing wool, silk and fur I was still being hipocrite. How was I still being hipocrite? Well, I was still drinking milk, eating eggs and dairy products. I mean first of all milk is only to feed your baby(s) but if you still want to drink milk you should then take some milk from your pregnant relative, friend or neighbor's breast milk, after all that is milk, right? 2) Do you have an idea of these creatures are treated in the dairy farm? Awful, trust me. 3) When it comes to eggs you should know by know that a chick was suppose to grow inside of it. Those chicken should feel real bad when people takes their babies from them. Organic or not organic eggs are not be boiled or fried for our tastebuds. Now if you really love non human animals you would go over the limit to protect them and their rights. It's hard but you can do it. Find information about veganism (ex:Peta.com and GoVeg.com). Eat egg replacer instead of eggs and drink soy milk. By the way plain soy milk taste horrible but chocolate taste real good, especially when you drink it hot. Their lives and treatment is on your hand. Be free of cruelty.
