Hi Emily, i have been vegetarian, for about 2 years now, and i know how difficult it can be for the transition stage, but the more i think about drinking milk the more i think animals should not be used for food, that milk is ment to be for calves, not us, i have now discovered soy products, which for me has really helped, for me in the near futre i see, me become a vegan, however this does take time, as it took me, about 8 months to become full vegetarian, and i am loving it!!! As for the eggs, i have my own chickens that produce eggs, fully organic and free range, NO ANIMALS HARMED, and that is the way it should be. I know the situration you are in, because i am in the same situration right now, and i am only 17, and i do hope to become vegan someday, but as all change is a working progress, i am postive it will happen, just remember SOY PRODUCTS, they are great.
