Hi, just had to comment. You can be content in knowing that you will not be dying from heart disease, cancer etc., etc., etc., like your family will be. I started it in my family, then my parents joined me. My son now eats what I am eating 50% of the time. As for it being hard to go out to restaurants, it isn't. I work in a restaurant. Restaurants are very accomodating and will tailor anything for the customer. They want to keep you as a customer - even if you are a vegetarian or a vegan!!! I thought it would be hard to give up milk and cheese. It wasn't. It is full of saturated fat, and a whole bunch of disgusting things that will just harm you from the inside out. If that doesn't do it for you ladies, when I gave up sugar and dairy, I lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks. That should be good incentive!!
