Does anyone have any more useful input on this issue? I also have hypothyroidism and am a vegan, and have found that since I've gone totally vegan I've had less energy than ever (I've been vegetarian for so long I don't quite remember what its like otherwise), and I wouldn't quit veganism over it (since I'm more ethical-motivated than for health), but I am looking for any ideas on what to eat & what to avoid to have more energy without gaining weight. Thanks
