I was reading your post to try and better understand the differences between vegetarians and vegans. I watched an extremely disturbung video this evening that makes me wonder if I will ever be able to sit down to a Thanksgiving dinner the same way again. I am considering the switch to vegetarianism and I am nervous too about the dificulties I may encounter. But to me it sounds like you have the right idea and you are well on your way to a healthy, animal-friendly way of living. Take it one step at a time. And be proud that you are a strong enough individual to make the efforts you are making thus far. Good luck!
