Hi, I am not sure if anyone has heard about the allergy issue with Quorn meatless products sold at Whole Food Market (they are not vegan), but the other day after my DH tried the Nuggets he became VIOLENTLY ill (vomitting all night, stomach cramps for 2 days)! I had no idea what could have caused this reaction until I read an article in the NY Times about a lawsuit against the company because of this allergy. I am disappointed to learn that the company, despite this known allergy, does not want to include a warning label on their products (hence the lawsuit). Until you see what kind of reaction one could get from this product, you would be as concerned as I am. I also feel that the stores that carry this product should inform their customers of this. Employees of these store chains are great sales people and I had purchased this product because I was told how great it is...
