I have to present an argument to a group of "suits" who make decisions concerning a school cafeteria. They're all about the almighty dollar.

Any thing would help.

You should see the "crap" they feed the kids. The entrees are swimming in lard. It makes me sick. The kids eat donuts, fruit loops and the like for b-fast and poptarts for snacks. And then of course, they're unruly most of the day. Well DUhhhh!.

Okay. I need facts not just opinions. I have this weekend to get this information gathered and hammered out.
