I know how you feel, i am easily grossed out when it comes to my food and finding out what was in some of the foods that i ate(among other things), i decided to try veganism. So far it's been good,my mom accepts it, but the sad part is that my friends don't understand it and won't accept it, no matter how much we talk. People i don't know seem to have an interest, so it's good after being the outcast in my group of people. I do feel more energetic, and i don't get migraines often anymore.
