You might want to pick up a book by Victoria Boutenko, "Green For Life". I have one on order from Amazon. I make my own blender drink that consists of cranberry juice, banana, and frozen blueberries or strawberries. To this I will add ground flax seed, wheat grass, blackstrap molasses and sometimes tofu, hemp hearts, and kale or spinach. While admittedly I haven't had much luck getting my nieces and nephews to swallow this concoction, even when made into "popsicles", I'm not giving up on smoothie recipes.
