If you are considering buying the book, stop considering and start buying.
This book will make you re-think how you live your life. Sorry, I've got to stop writing this post now so I can go home and connect with family. The book showed me that quality relationships are important for health and longevity. So, I'll stop writing about the importance of relationships and go home and work on them.
