Just finished reading Green For Life. This book is an excellent addition to Healthy at 100, because it tackles the main thing that is deficient in all diets throught the world. Greens! It is an amazing book. I am not a raw foodist yet, but I truly believe that we need to try to eat more greens. Chimpanzees in the wild consume about 300 grams a fiber a day.
