I enjoyed it very much. John Robbins addresses many points that I've wondered about, such as Omega 3s and some of the other nutrients that are limited in a vegan diet. I found it refreshing that he admitted that there has never been a completely vegan society among humans, and that the diets of the cultures he profiled do include very small amounts of animal foods. I wonder if the Robbins are still completely vegan or if they now eat some fish or other animal products? It was informative to learn that Dean Ornish, Dr. Esselstyn and one other doctor who teaches a vegan diet (I forget who) all eat some fish. Anyway, thank you Mr. Robbins for an excellent book. Like your other books, I know that I'll reread this one. All the best!
