get home to Vancouver, weekend after next. I am 69 years old, vegan for 1 year, working on my exercise regimen which is sadly lacking to date. It will get better.

So pleased to see this board; can't wait to read the book. I already own Diet for a New America and The Food Revolution and my third blockbuster is The China Syndrome.
