I don't know anything that is actually proven, but for some reason mosquitos do not like me. I was thinking it was the garlic, I eat a lot of that, and onions, I also get quite a bit of B vitamins through nutritional yeast. Maybe you can try B vitamins.

When it cools down in the evenings I always cover up my arms and legs and that must help too; I honestly cannot remember the last time I had a mosquito bite but they love my husband. He eats a very narrow typical american diet. Not much in the way of veggies or garlic or onions. Could it be that? I wish someone would actually do a study or something to find out!
