I work in a bookshop in the UK and I will be recommending this as one of our "Life Changing Books". I would like to go back to university and was afraid of how I would cope with the learning/retention required. This book has encouraged me to not worry about this at all. It is not a 'given' that my brain will decline as I grow older.
