My sister who at about your age had a boyfriend like yours. Lazy in bed and overweight. I think she complained too that he was cheap. But anyways my sister ended up breaking up with him because sex was too important to her to be dissatisfied all the time. However they are still good friends to this day. And he eventually dropped a hundred pounds.
