Subject:         Ex trying to get child support

I have been divorced for almost 3 years now. Ex has been back and forth on custody and is a dad but not a parent in my opinion. He quit his union job and started a company plus still tried to run another company that we had when we were married. He has sold the business we owned together and now is working at this new company he started, I have no idea how it is going. He now claims he is poor (which he has done to himself), and that he doesn't make any money ($20,000 a year) and wants his child support reduced or to change it and have me pay him. He tried to have this done through Child Support Recovery and they declined it. He filed with the court himself and they threw it out. He is $4400 behind in child support because he doesn't pay it other than $400 every so often so he doesn't get his license taken away. I am only making $35,100 and have been financially taking care of our daughters on my own taking care of school lunches and admission fees, paying for dance classes and shoes, clothes, etc.
He is capable of making more than $20,000 a year plus he has money that I am sure is hidden and not traceable and I am afraid he will be able to get the courts to agree that I should be paying him child support. Any ideas on how to make sure this doesn't happen?
