Yes.

I don't even understand why it's called "making love". I consider "making love":

- Caring for your SO when he/she's sick
- Providing emotional, financial, and spiritual support at all times
- Going thru life's ups and downs together
- Coming home to each other each and every day
- Raising children together
- Growing and developing together

Sex is a bodily function which satisfies a physical need. In the most desirable situations, it's with the person you "make love" with.
