I would like to convert some of my all purpose flour recipes to whole wheat. Because of the density of the whole wheat how much would I use in place of say 1 Cup of all purpose flour? My second question is where can i go to check the nutritional analysis of my recipes? Such as how many grams of fat or how many calories would be in a recipe when this information is not provided?
