looking for a plain and simply carrot muffin recipe..no extras, just the usuual and carrot and spices..no molasses, no raisins, no apple suace...just carrots and the usual other ingredients...and not 3 to 4 eggs..i just can't see why muffins would have to have nay more than 2 eggs...HELP! i've been craving carrot muffins since Friday...AAHH!! and lost my recipe...kathy b
