Whole Wheat Self-Rising Flour I

1/2 cup whole wheat flour (pastry flour recommended)
1/2 cup pastry flour
1 & 1/2 tsps baking powder
1/8 tsp salt

Mix all thoroughly.
Makes 1 cup.

Store in a tightly-closed container in fridge or pantry.

Multiply amounts as needed!
