Hey Chef Deb, I was wondering if you could help me out too. I've been a vegetarian and now a vegan for 11 years now and this is the first time my Mom is going to let me make Thanksgiving dinner for the whole family (who are VERY not Veg...)I'm really nervous because I'm not a very experienced cook and I want this to turn out well. I think I'm just going to buy a Tofurky, but do you have any other suggestions/recipes for the rest of the meal? I'm especially looking for a good green bean casserole recipe...Thanks so much - Laura
