Cheeze Sauce Mix
2 cups nutritional yeast flakes
2 cups powdered quick oatmeal (grind in grinder or blender)
...OR baby rice cereal flakes (this gives the sauce a lighter texture and taste)
1 cup soymilk powder or rice milk powder
1/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup powdered lecithin (grind granules in food mill or processor), optional
1 Tbs natural sugar
2 Tbs onion granules or powder
1 Tbs garlic granules or powder
1 tsp powdered mustard
1/8 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
Mix all thoroughly.
Store in airtight container.
To Use:
Mix equal parts mixture and soymilk, rice milk, or water.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
If too thick, thin with hot water.
If too thin, add more mix.
Use this sauce over cooked pasta, veggies, or whatever you like.
