Subject: Carrot muffin recipe

Does anyone know a really good recipe for carrot muffins? I don't have any eggreplacement except soy cream, the silken tofu I have is over half a year old and I don't have any whole wheat flour or sugar that's not refined. I'm going to sell these at a bakery sale and I don't want anyone to notice they're vegan. I'm in a hurry so I'd appreciate it if you could respond as soon as possible.
