2 cups confectioner's sugar
1/2 pound blanched almonds, ground very fine
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp almond extract

Put the confectioner's sugar, finely ground almonds, salt, and almond extract
in a food processor or blender.
Process until thoroughly blended.
Wrap well.
Chill overnight.
Keep refrigerated.
