Deb's Veg Nog

1/2 cup silken Tofu
2 cups vanilla soymilk
1 Tbs vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbs brown sugar or Sucanat
3 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
1/4 cup brandy or rum (optional)
OR imitation brandy or rum extract to taste (a few drops)
Nutmeg

In a blender, combine all ingredients except nutmeg.
Blend thoroughly, until creamy.
Chill thoroughly.
Serve, dusted with nutmeg.

Deb's Rich Veg Nog

2 cups vanilla soymilk
1 Tbs vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbs brown sugar or Sucanat

Nutmeg

In a blender, combine all ingredients except nutmeg.
Blend thoroughly, until creamy.

1/2 cup Rice Dream Vanilla Frozen Dessert
2 cups vanilla rice milk
1 Tbs vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbs brown sugar or Sucanat
3 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
1/4 cup brandy or rum (optional)
OR imitation brandy or rum extract to taste (a few drops)
Nutmeg

In a blender, combine all ingredients except nutmeg.
Blend thoroughly, until creamy.
Serve immediately, dusted with nutmeg.
