I love Silk nog, but it's kind of high in fat. All the vegan eggnog recipes I could find on the Internet are tofu-based and I'm allergic to tofu. So, I just played around in the kitchen and made an acceptable substitute. Didn't measure, so this is pretty rough guesses.

Wendy's Banana "Eggnog"

1 small banana
1 1/4 cups oat milk (or you could use lowfat soy milk)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4-1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
2 tbs brown sugar
3 ice cubes

Blend together on medium speed in a blender until smooth.

This would be better with some rum extract added, but I don't have any right now.
