When I was growing up here in North Carolina we always had pickled artichokes. They were SOOOOOOOOOO Good!! The problem is that everyone who knew how to fix them is gone now, and I want to grow, and pickle them the way I had them many years ago. Can you help me with a recipe? I sure would appreciate it.
