Hi Surya It is true that it isn't worth the time if you are only cooking for one person. I do it just because I love cooking and it gives me pleasure to make something from scratch; especially something as simple as garam masala or plain white bread. None of my friends believe it when I say that I use only flour, water, sugar, salt, oil and yeast. They feel there must be some secret ingredient or method that is only revealed to Wonderbread.
