Subject: Recipe: Whole Grain Bread

This is my aunts yummy whole grain bread.

Ingredients:

3 cups of mishmash whole grains and nuts, around a 1/2 cup- ex; oat, barley, rye flakes, or their flours, millet, sesame, sunseeds, almonds, wheat germ or bran, whatever your heart desires.
3 Tbs sugar
3 Tbs oil
1 Tbs salt, heaping
1 cup hot water (she stores the grain in the freezer), then add another 1 cup of lukewarm water
1 Tbs of yeast in the soupy grains, let it sit a few mins

then add
2 C WW flour
3 C unbleached
Then about another cup of water, until you get the right doughy consistancy

Mix and knead, let rise 45 minutes
Knead again, let rise at least another 40, til doubleish. can be much more- the size that looks good for you.

Bake 45 minutes, at 325.

This is a good bread, always a hit at family functions. I love my aunt :)
