i hope you take this the right way, i am not trying to be combative in any way, just maybe trying to give you my view on your message. i think your use of the word "NORMAL" in all caps and everything is a bit glaring. it sorta implies that anything out of your realm of experience is weird or strange or abnormal. in my own experience, as a vegan and major food appreciater (can we just say i like to eat good food??), the vast number of recipes i've found to be successful have been ones based on other ethnic cuisines (like Indian cuisine.) i personally hate shopping at safeway, because i actually cannot find food there besides bananas and peanut butter (maybe a slight exaggeration-but basically true). the point of my note is to say that some words suggest acceptance and others sorta suggest intolerance or other qualities that might be considered negative or offensive to people on this list. all best,
