But, I just want to share with you
that there are several sources
that you may never have given
a thought to, for ingredients
new to your experience.
There is a wide world beyond
Safeway and your local HFS.
And the vast majority of the ingredients
I mentioned are common in Indian,
Mexican, Caribbean, cooking to name just
a few so it's not as if you'll never
use them again.
These regions of the world have many
wonderful vegetarian dishes that may
not be seen as "normal" in Colorado,
but enrich veg life for the rest of us.
And whether they are seen as normal
or abnormal may depend on which Colorado-an
you ask.......
