I want to thank you again for answering my sodium question. Since my Dad's health issue I am checking EVERYTHING for the sodium content. I made salt free salsa this morning to add to whole grain pasta and adding 0 mg petite frozen peas too. Now for my next question. Do you cook with dried beans? I am going to start and stay away from canned which is of course a lot easier but so high in sodium. If you do cook with dried beans what is the quickest or healthiest way?
