This is a basic seitan that you make from whole
wheat flour and water. I like it because I use it to

seitan/ I also like it because it is way cheaper
than making seitan with vital wheat gluten flour.

Here is what I did for the leftover Manwich.

I took one small bell pepper chopped and seeded from
the garden, two small jalapenos, chopped and seeded
from the garden, sauteed with 1.5 onions, chopped, 3
shredded garlic cloves, chili powder, ancho chili
powder, oregano, onion powder, Montreal Steak Spice,
cumin, cayenne, black pepper, paprika, one can each
black, kidney and pinto beans drained, one 14 ounce
can diced tomatoes, 2 cans water, 16 ounces tomato
sauce and the leftover Manwich. Serve with sour
cream and cheese shreds or a slice.

I used to make my own sour cream when I was a vegan
with lemon juice, silken tofu and soy milk.
