Add the ground seitan to spaghetti sauce,
and serve over pasta, potatoes, or rice,
or use to make lasagna, sloppy Joes, etc.

Slice the big slab, and warm the slices in any
kind of gravy, and serve with mashed potatoes
and a salad or other green veg.

Or bread the slices with flour or crumbs,
and fry in a little oil to make pan-fried "steaks".

Or fry slices in a little oil or marg,
and serve in sandwiches.
