Hi Chef Deb! It has been awhile since I have posted! I want to make something like faux sausage or something in a log but all recipes I see use foil to wrap it in and then steam or bake. I am against foil and never use it. Is there another way to make a faux meat like sausage without foil? Do you have any recipes?
