Corn flour (fine cornmeal) has a wonderful flavor. Goes great with nutr. yeast! (Recipes can get a little confusing, because in some countries, "corn flour" refers to "cornstarch", so if you want actual corn flour (ground corn), you have to ask for "fine corn meal".)
