Frozen No-Bake Tofu Pie 1 (12 oz) box firm silken Tofu 8 oz soy yogurt 2 tsps vanilla extract 1 cup sugar 1 graham cracker crust or cookie crust Vegan whipped topping (optional) In processor, put Tofu and Better Than Cream Cheese. Blend until creamy. Add sugar and extract, and blend again until just blended. Pour into crust. Put pie into freezer, and freeze for 4 hours or until very firm. Just before serving, top pie with whipped topping (optional). Chocolate Chip Pie: Stir 3/4 cup chocolate chips into filling before putting filling into crust.
