Bouillon Powders
"Chickeny" Bouillon Powder
2 tsp powdered vegetables (or dried vegetables powdered in blender)
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp celery seed (ground)
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp sugar
2 Tbs nutritional yeast
Mix all ingredients.
Store in airtight container.
To use: Mix with 3 cups water and 1 tsp oil (optional) to make 3 cups broth.

"Beefy" Bouillon Powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dry smoke flavor
1 Tbs nutritional yeast
1 tsp mushroom powder
1 tsp powdered soy sauce
Mix all ingredients.
Store in airtight container.
To use: Mix with 3 cups water and 1 tsp oil (optional) to make 3 cups broth.

"Ham" Bouillon Powder
To "Beefy" Bouillon Powder, add:
1 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs finely ground Bakon Bits

"Seafood" Bouillon Powder
1/2 cup dried seaweed powder (kelp, kombu, dulse, wakame, or other)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp powdered lemon juice (or add lemon juice when you add water)
1 Tbs barleymalt powder (optional)
Mix all ingredients.
Store in airtight container.
To use: Mix with 3 cups water and 1 tsp oil (optional) to make 3 cups broth.

Vegetable Bouillon Powder
3 Tbs powdered vegetables (or dried vegetables powdered in blender)
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/8 tsp basil
1/8 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients.
Store in airtight container.
To use: Mix with 3 cups water and 1 Tbs oil (optional) to make 3 cups broth.
