Hi Deb,

How can I replace the eggs in this recipe? They are similar to
a butter tart.

Sand Tarts

> 1 cup white sugar
> 1/4 cup butter
> 3 eggs
> 1 tsp. vanilla
> 1 cup currants
> 1 cup coconut

> Mix and put into unbaked tart shells. Top with a half red or
green
> cherry. Bake at 375F until puffy and brown.
